BRYAN GREEN
Partner / President

Starting the business in 1994, Bryan Green has presided over the company since inception and is still directly involved in all aspects of the business. Bryan is known in the industry for his low-key approach, preferring to showcase Greenferds abilities with consistent results and satisfied clients.

DON BROWN
Partner / Project Manager

Don has an incredilble amount of experience in the industry. Acting as a Partner, Don has been instrumental in the growth of the business, is a masterful project manager and has a large roster of repeat clients.

SCOTT HLEDIN
Partner

Scott joined Greenferd in 2004 and is responsible for sales, marketing and business development. Scott makes it a priority to ensure that promises made are promises kept and he makes sure he is available to clients for discussions at all times.

STACEY WALLACE
Health & Safety Manager

B.Comm, OHS (Occupational Health & Safety). Working towards National Construction Safety Officer(NCSO) and Canadian Registered Safety Technician(CRST) designations. 4 years of construction H&S experience. Currently working towards the COR certification for Greenferd

STIEV JOHNSON
Site Manager

Stiev brings over 36 years of experience to the Greenferd team, 13 of those years as a Site Supervisor. Stiev has experience in a single floor and multi-floor projects including interconnecting staircases.

PATRICK BARKER
Project Manager

With over 10 years of experience on the design side of the business, Patrick brings a valuable and unique perspective to his projects. His communication skills and personable nature have made him a favorite in the marketplace, regularly requested by clients.

Frank has been with Greenferd since 2011 and has used his extensive industry experience to successfully complete projects of all scopes and sizes.

Site Manager

Al is coming up on 18 years of relevant experience in the industry. Al entered the industry as a finish Carpenter in the ICI sector, quickly moving through the ranks and into the Management role where he has stood firm for the past 8 years. Al’s greatest assets are his keen eye and attention to detail, for which he attributes to his previous industry experience, delivering reliable quality consistently in today’s demanding market.

Rueben has 30 years in the building industry. He started out in residential, as a renovating carpenter. Moved in to finishes in custom homes. Moved into commercial, with work on restaurants. Then Moved to doing GoodLife Fitness clubs. 1-6mil projects.

DESMOND WALLACE
Site Manager

Desmond has over 30 years’ experience running construction projects ranging in size from 5,000 sq ft to over 300,000 sq ft with features such as full-service kitchens and cafeterias, interconnecting stairs and highly sophisticated computer rooms.

Site Manager

Andrew has been with Greenferd for 11 years. His first 10 were spent as a site manager where he firmly established himself as a client favorite. Andrew’s knowledge and passion for the business are evident in the dedication he brings to each project. Andrew now brings these skills to a project management role.

Gareth is a licensed carpenter and responsible for projects from estimating stage to final billing. His onsite supervision responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating and managing the trades to ensure quality control and schedule maintenance.
